You get a trained actor who can give you 20 takes 20 different ways or 20 takes the exact same way . Having worked behind the camera - I understand the subtlety and nuance of the process and have often been described as a Director's Actor. I believe in the power of Cinema and although I am trained in Stanislavski , Meisner and the Classic system. I prefer to be absolutely present on set for my cast, crew, directors and co-actors.  I believe that great divined , inspired - creative cinematic moments happen , in moments of true connection. And as an actor - I make it my aim to have true connection - to the camera, the character, the audience, the script and my co-actors.
